First things first: this retreat isn’t about me. It’s about you.

I’m not here to preach or play guru. My job is to facilitate clarity, momentum, and honest collaboration — the kind that actually moves businesses forward.

But, if you’re curious about my background, here’s the short version:

• Full-time Bend, Oregon resident, Eagle Scout, proud husband and dog dad who’d always rather be outside when not building something new.

• Launched my first business at 18 and have since advised founders across industries — from home services and B2B agencies to subscription products and fitness.

• Former real estate analyst and property manager overseeing top-performing multifamily assets in a $1B+ private equity portfolio.

• Co-founder of a restaurant marketing agency serving 40+ locations with a 58% average profit margin over four years.

I designed this workshop to bring entrepreneurs together, create space for real collaboration, and help turn ideas into things that actually exist in the world.

The best part of this work isn’t the content — it’s the people. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone’s goals take shape. That’s why I do this.
