TL;DR

When you register, you’re reserving a spot for a serious deep-dive experience. You can cancel up to a week before for a refund; within 7 days, your ticket becomes a credit for a private day with me. You’ll sign an NDA on arrival, keep others’ info private, and treat everyone with respect. I’ll keep things professional and safe; you’re responsible for your own choices and results.

By registering for or participating in a Thomas Lebens retreat or related event (“the Retreat”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration and Payment

Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant or credited towards other services with written approval.

If Altitude Studios cancels the retreat due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be redeemable for a full-day private intensive with Thomas Lebens.

2. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward other participants, facilitators, and property. You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and business decisions during and after the retreat.

3. Confidentiality

All participants will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon arrival on Day 1. This protects the confidentiality of business discussions, strategies, and materials shared during the retreat.

You are free to share your personal experience of the retreat, but not specific details of other participants’ businesses.

Altitude Studios may create case studies or testimonials using anonymized or approved participant content.

4. Intellectual Property

All retreat materials, frameworks, and exercises are owned by Altitude Studios and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any outcomes or decisions resulting from the retreat. Altitude Studios and its facilitators are not liable for any losses or damages (financial or otherwise) arising from your participation.

6. Media Consent

You consent to being photographed or recorded during the retreat for documentation or promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
